Collector Information
On acquiring and caring for the work
For those who acquire a work
Each piece created within the studio practice is conceived as a finished artwork. Whether a monochrome portrait or a mixed-media piece, the intention is the same: to create an object that carries presence, memory, and permanence. The works are produced in limited numbers and crafted using archival materials so that they may endure across generations.
How the Works Are Produced
All prints are produced using museum-grade pigment processes on archival cotton papers.
Mixed-media works are further developed by hand, incorporating pigments, wax, and occasionally precious metals to create subtle surface variations that interact with light.
Each piece is finished and framed within the studio before leaving the atelier.
Edition Structure
Certain works are released as limited editions. Editions are produced in small numbers and once completed are never reproduced in the same form again. Each print is signed and accompanied by a certificate confirming its edition and authenticity.
Private portrait commissions are typically unique works created for the family or individual portrayed.
Materials & Archival Standards
The studio uses materials chosen for their longevity:
• archival cotton rag papers
• museum pigment printing
• conservation framing
• acid-free mounting materials
These choices ensure stability of tone, surface, and structure over time.
Placement & Care
The works are designed to live with you for decades.
For best preservation:
• avoid prolonged direct sunlight
• maintain normal interior humidity levels
• clean frames using a soft dry cloth
If restoration or conservation is ever required, the studio is happy to assist.
Acquiring a Work
Works may be acquired in three ways:
• Private commissions created in the studio
• Limited editions released from artist projects
• Exhibition works when available
