MONTREAL PORTRAIT STUDIO
Fine-Art Portraits & Mixed-Media (Mont-Tremblant / Greater Montreal)
I create fine art portraiture for individuals and families in Montreal who are drawn to depth, nuance, and artistic intention. This work is not about performance or polish. It is about presence—about allowing something real, textured, and quietly expressive to take shape.

A City That Understands Art
Montreal has always held a particular relationship with art, one that values emotion, experimentation, and cultural memory as much as form.
My work resonates here because it shares that sensibility. Portraits are not created to impress, but to endure. They are shaped slowly, with care, and informed by the belief that what matters most is often subtle.
Portraits Shaped by Sensibility
Each portrait session is approached as a commission—guided, attentive, and unhurried. The studio becomes a quiet space where expression emerges naturally, without instruction or expectation.
I work with individuals and families who value sincerity over spectacle, and who understand that the most powerful portraits are often the most restrained.
Black & White or Handcrafted Mixed-Media
Some portraits remain in classic black & white—timeless, focused, and grounded in expression. Others evolve into handcrafted mixed-media works, finished by hand with beeswax and oils, giving the image depth, texture, and physical presence.
The choice is never rushed. Together, we consider what feels most aligned with the subject, the space the artwork will live in, and the story it will carry forward.

Working Between Montreal and Mont-Tremblant
I work with clients across Montreal and the surrounding regions, including Mont-Tremblant and the Laurentians. Sessions take place in studio, in an environment designed for calm and focus—where light, space, and silence support presence.
Many clients travel intentionally for this experience, valuing the separation from daily life and the clarity that distance can bring.
A Portrait Experience Designed to Be Lived With
Every portrait is finished as an heirloom artwork, printed on archival materials and prepared with longevity in mind. Nothing is mass-produced. Each piece is reviewed, refined, and completed with care before it leaves the studio.
The work is complete only when it feels undeniable—something you want to live with, return to, and recognize yourself in over time.
The Presence of Place
Portraits are commissioned in quiet, light-filled environments—from Miami’s Design District and the refined pace of Yorkville in Toronto, to the historic stillness of Ottawa and Montreal, and the restorative calm of Mont-Tremblant in the Laurentians.
